29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) At the facility, 622 South Laurel Ave, Hazlet, NJ. The employer did not provide qualitative or quantitative fit to employees including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Housekeeping staff. These employees provided direct care and services to patients with suspected and/or confirmed cases of COVID-19. The employer provided and required employees to wear N95 respirators. Violation occurred on 5/19/2020, and thereafter.
