29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: (a): Unit 2 North and South - The employer required employees, including but not limited to, Registered Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants, to wear N95 respirators. The employer did not provide a fit test to employees who were required to wear respirators. The employees were required to work with confirmed positive and suspected COVID-19 residents, on or about 04/09/2020 and after. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
