29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): The employer did not ensure that an employee using a tight-fitting respirator was fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator, whenever a different respirator facepiece was used, and at least annually thereafter: (a) Highway 82 West, County Road 286 - On or about October 13, 2022, at storage bin numbers 1 and 2, the employer did not fit test employees required to wear using a Comfort Air Half Facepiece respirator during loading and unloading soybean, exposing employees to a respiratory hazards.
