29 CFR 1926.753(d)(2)(iii): Loads were not rigged by a qualified rigger: (a) On August 25th, 2018 an employee was working inside a mobile scaffold system doing steel erection work and was struck by a horizontal beam. The beam was rigged with a synthetic strap with only one leg and attached to a fork on the rough terrain forklift resulting in the mobile scaffold being tipped over and the employee sustaining fatal injuries in the vicinity of 72nd Avenue NW & 38th Street NW in Parshall, ND.
