29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) required to wear tight-fitting respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) The employer failed to fit test employees prior to the required use of N95 respirators. On or about April 16, 2020, the employer did not provide fit tests prior to the required use of N95 respirators. Staff wore N95 respirators to provide care to residents who displayed COVID-19 symptoms and/or were known to be COVID-19 positive.
