29 CFR 1910.134(k): The employer did not provided effective training to employees who are required to use respirators. Location: a) At Ahava Medical & Rehabilitation Center LLC, 2555 Nostrand Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11210: On or about March 16, 2020, employees worked in a medical environment that required the use of respirator. The employer provided N95 respirator protection. The employer did not provide training to the employees required to wear the N95 respirators.
