29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1): The employer did not provide effective training that covered the required elements in 1910.134(k)(1)(i) - (vii): a) The employer failed to effectively train employees on information regarding the use of respirators. On or about May 6, 2020, the employer did not provide required training prior to the required use of N95 respirators. Staff donned N95 respirators when they provided care for patients with known or suspected COVID-19 while on the COVID-19 Resident Isolation floor.
