1910.134(k)(1)(v) What the procedures are for maintenance and storage of the respirator; 29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1): The employer did not provide effective training to employees who were required to use respirators: a) On or about 3/29/2020: during a period when Orzac Center for Rehabilitation was instructing employees on the potential need to reuse N95s due to a shortage of N95s, it did not ensure that employees could demonstrate sufficient knowledge regarding proper storage for N95 reuse, when employees indicated the respirator could be stored in a sealed plastic Ziploc bag. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item
