29 CFR 1910.134(k)(l): The employer did not provide effective respiratory protection training to employees who were required to wear respirators: a) Worksite, 378 Syosset Woodbury Rd Woodbury, New York : On or about May 8, 2020, and continuing thereafter, the employer did not provide respiratory protection training to mechanics who were required to wear tight-fitting facepiece N-95 respirators. Mechanics performed maintenance work such as furniture repairs and minor electrical and plumbing work in rooms occupied by suspected or confirmed COVID-19 patients. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
