29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: a) Bluebird Medical Enterprises LLC, located at 1602 East Starr Avenue Ste. A, Nacogdoches, TX 75961: On or about December 9, 2020, and times thereafter, the employer allowed employees with beards and goatees to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators. The employer required employees to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care to suspected and confirmed positive COVID-19 patients.
