29 CFR 1910.134(k)(3): Training was not provided prior to requiring employees to use a respirator in the workplace: Petersen Health Junction LLC dba Sunset Rehabilitation & Health Care, located at 129 S 1st Avenue, Canton IL 61520: On or about May 3, 2021 and continuing thereafter, the employer did not provide employees required to wear N95 respirators to protect against exposure to the SARS-CoV-2 virus with training in the use, cleaning, and storage of a respirator, before requiring their use.
