29 CFR 1910.134(k): The employer did not provided effective training to employees who are required to use respirators: (a) Highway 82 West, County Road 286 - On or about October 13, 2022, at storage bins numbers 1 and 2, the employer did not provide respiratory training for the employees required to wear use a Comfort Air Half Facepiece respirator during loading and unloading soybean, exposing employees to a respiratory hazards.
