29 CFR 1926.1153(i)(1): The employer did not ensure that at least the following hazards were addressed: Cancer, lung effects, immune system effects, and kidney effects: a. On or about May 4, 2018, the jobsite located at 103 Granger Lane, Panama City Beach, Florida, the employer used a stationary 12-inch double bevel sliding compound miter saw to cut exterior fiber-cement boards and failed to provide training to employees on the health hazards associated with exposure to respirable crystalline silica.
