29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1): The employer did not provide effective training that covered the required elements in 1910.134(k)(1)(i) through 1910.134(k)(1)(vii): a) The employer failed to effectively train employees on information regarding the use of respirators. On or about April 16, 2020, the employer did not provide required training prior to the required use of N95 respirators. Staff wore N95 respirators to provide care to residents who displayed COVID-19 symptoms and/or were known to be COVID-19 positive.
