29 CFR 1910.134(k): The employer did not provide comprehensive, understandable training which did not occur annually and/or more often if necessary: a. On or about August 13, 2019, and at times previously, in the chemical mixing and plant grow areas, the employer required employees to use tight fitting, half and full face, respirators, during the mixing and spray application of hazardous chemical type pesticides and fertilizers, without training prior to an employee's use of a respirator, exposing these employees to health hazards such as, but limited to acute and chronic respiratory injury and illness.
