29 CFR 1910.107(g)(2): All spraying areas were not kept as free from the accumulation of deposits of combustible residues as practical, with cleaning conducted daily if necessary. Scrapers, spuds, or other such tools used for cleaning purposes were not of nonsparking material: a. Painting Area: On or about 12-16-15 the floor areas below and adjacent to the spray booth were not kept as free from the accumulation of deposits of combustible residues as practical. b. Painting Area: On or about 12-16-15 steel scrapers were used to clean the combustible residue from the interior of the spray booth.
