29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(1)(i)(A): Warning labels were not affixed to containers used to store, transport or ship blood or other potentially infectious materials: (a) On or about August 4, 2015 the shipment of used vacuum manifolds leaked blood and other potentially infectious materials out of the blue plastic bin and the two red plastic bags contaminating the outer cardboard shipping box. The shipping box had no warning label affixed to the box warning of infectious materials.
