29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Baker Boys LLC. DBA Formica Bros. Bakery - near the forklift charging area: The employer did not provide an eye wash station that provides 15 minutes of continue flow for flushing of the eyes when employees can come in contact with corrosive chemicals such as battery acid from forklifts. Occurred on or about 05/04/2016.
