29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: (a) Jobsite - On or about June 29, 2016 the fire extinguishers were not mounted. Instance 1: Rear of store near the side emergency exit Instance 2: Front of store near the restrooms Instance 3: Front of store near the breakroom Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.157(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1105836, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/27/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 34300 MS 35 Vaiden, MS.
