29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3): Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity: On or about August 22, 2016, at a new structure construction site located at 12624 S. Memorial in Tulsa, Ok, scaffolding and components were not inspected before each shift, exposing employees to the hazard of falls. I.M. Stucco L.L.C. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.451(f)(7), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1121536, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on May 6, 2016, with a final abatement date of February 3, 2016, with respect to a workplace hazard at 44 South 193rd E. Ave. Tulsa, OK 74108.
