29 CFR 1910.110(d)(10): Precautions were not taken to prevent damage to LP gas system(s) from vehicular traffic: (a) Outside of the Refurbishing Building at the east end, on or about November 2, 2016 and at times prior to, an LP gas system was not protected from industrial truck traffic traveling around the structure, resulting in an explosion hazard.
