29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) Newman Box - On or about November 30, 2016, a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure for clearing a jam in the Newman Shaver 1 & 2 was last conducted in 2014. The procedure did not include controlling the hazardous energy of the Newman Log Feed Conveyor. b) Facility - On or about November 30, 2016, a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure for clearing a jam in the Inotech Shaver 1 & 2 was last conducted in 2014. The procedure did not include controlling the hazardous energy of the Inotech Log Feed Conveyor.
