29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1): A representative monitoring program was not developed and implemented when information indicated that an employee's exposure may equal or exceed an 8 hour time weighted average of 85dBA: a) 155 Dey Road, Wayne, NJ 07470, Concrete Mixing Drum: Employees engaged in chipping and jackhammering operations inside truck drum mixers, are required to wear hearing protection to minimize exposure to noise levels. The employer did not develop and implement a noise monitoring program for employees, when information indicated that an employee's exposure may equal or exceed an 8 hour time weighted average of 85dBA, thus exposing employees to a hearing loss, on or about, 03/01/2017.
