29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a working/walking surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8m ) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: The employer is failing to protect employees exposed to fall hazards while working above six feet in height. This was most recently documented on or about 03/16/17 at the location of 2300 E. Trail in Dodge City KS., where fall protection was not provided to employees working approximately 18 feet above a concrete slab.
