29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(i): The end of the platform 10 feet or less in length extended over its support more than 12 inches, and was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform was able to support employees and/or materials without tipping, or had guardrails which blocked employee access to the cantilevered end: a) On or about July 20, 2017, at the jobsite, the ends of a platform on the Fraco ACT8 Mast Climbing Work Platform, approximately 74 feet above the ground, extended over their supports by more than 12 inches, exposing employees to fall hazards.
