29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program did not enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and did not train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. The employer is failing to provide a training program to recognize the hazards of falling and did not train the employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these fall hazards. Most recently, on or about 1/26/2018, at 849 Stone Bridge Springs Drive, Chesterfield, Missouri, an employee was installing roofing materials on a roof approximately 18 feet above the ground without fall protection or fall protection training. This condition exposed the employee to fall hazards.
