29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i): The employer shall make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure, and post-exposure evaluation and follow-up to all employees who have had an exposure incident: A) Valfilm, LLC, located at 3441 North Main Street, Findlay, OH 45840: On or about March 7, 2018, the employer did not make available the Hepatitis B vaccination and post-exposure evaluation and follow-up to the employee who was exposed to blood-borne hazards while the employee recovered three partial fingers from the REI-ZR Guillotine, located in the Stretch Production Department, after another employee suffered partial amputation of three fingers on the left hand (index, middle, and ring fingers).
