29 CFR 1910.132(h)(1): The employer did not provide the protective equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE), used to comply with this part, at no cost to employees. On or about May 31, 2018 and times prior thereto, employees required to handle lumber and wood were required to provide their own leather gloves. This condition exposed employees to contact hazards.
