29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) On or about March 12, 2019, at the jobsite, untrained employees were directed to work on a 5/12 pitch roof without being informed how to recognize and handle hazards associated with working at heights and the proper selection and use of fall protection.
