29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): The employer did not ensure that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled. On or about 26 April 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees worked within Conex shipping containers and box trailers while a rough-terrain forklift was handling an unstable load inside, exposing employees to the hazard of being struck by a falling load.
