29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were being placed in services after the examination showed condition(s) adversely affecting the safety of the vehicle: On or about May 3, 2019 the employer failed to remove the Royal #11 fork lift, model TA220B, serial number L0856, out of service after daily inspection indicated that there was a nonworking seatbelt and brake.
