29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a. At residential construction site located at 2419 Woodward Hills, lot 172 in Clermont, FL, employees engaged in the installation of 24 'x 16" floor joists while standing on the top of a 9-foot concrete wall, were exposed to fall hazards and were not provided with a training program, on or about July 18, 2019.
