29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) are used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: a) The employer fails to ensure effective ladder usage is conducted as required by the standard, as demonstrated on or about August 20, 2019, at 901 Gallipoli Court, Lot 27 West Richland, Auburn, Alabama, when employees are not properly setting up a 6 foot A-frame ladder and leaning it against a wall to gain access to the top of the framed walls, and are exposed to a fall hazard of up to 9 feet to the floor below.
