29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: (a) Moundsville Middle School Field House - On or about 8/22/19, Debris such as concrete blocks, scrap lumber, and refuse were not kept clear from passageways and around the building, exposing employees to tripping hazards.
