29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. On or about August 31, 2019, at 247 East Rivo Alto Miami Beach, FL 33140 jobsite, employees on the roof of a detached garage were exposed to a fall hazard of 11 feet, 11 inches. b. On or about August 31, 2019, at 247 East Rivo Alto Miami Beach, FL 33140 jobsite, employees gained access to the roof by climbing over the guardrail system and being exposed to a fall hazard of 17 feet, 10 inches.
