29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: On or about December 18, 2019, and at times prior thereto, the employer provided and required the use of loose fitting respirator hoods without developing a written respiratory protection program. Employees were exposed to hazards from increased stress on cardiovascular and respiratory systems and inhalation hazards from hazardous chemicals.
