29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairways and train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards: On or about 9/28/2020 at 304 Red Gate Lane Canton, GA an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working from a 24-foot extension ladder, in that the employer failed to provide ladder training to recognize and minimize hazards related to selecting the appropriate ladder for the task.
