29 CFR 1910.178(m)(1): Trucks shall not be driven up to anyone standing in front of a bench or other fixed object: On or about December 8, 2020 the employer failed to ensure that the powered industrial vehicles were not driven toward employees standing near a fixed object. The Raymond reach truck (model 750-r45tt) was operated in an aisle and direction where an employee was standing at a shelving unit. The shelving unit contained a permanent pass through for employee use.
