29 CFR 1910.134(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that the fit test was administered using an OSHA-accepted qualitative fit test or quantitative fit test protocol as contained in Appendix A of this section: a) In the Facility, on or about May 11, 2021 - The employer did not ensure that the fit test provided to employees who utilized an N95 respirator was administered using an accepted qualitative fit as contained in Appendix A of this section. Employees including, but not limited to, CNA's were required to wear an N95 respirator in the workplace.
