29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(ii):Corrective glasses, goggles or other personal protective equipment that affects the seal of the respirator face piece, were not worn during fit testing: a) Southeast VA Clinic located at 3285 S Val Vista Dr, Gilbert, AZ 85295: On or about December 28 2020, employees wore surgical masks over their N95's while providing patient care, and had not been fit tested using this configuration. The employer required the employee[s] to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care to patients.
