29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person: On the North tower of 2765 Hwy A1A in Indialantic Beach, on or about March 31, 2021, and at times prior, employees who used scaffolds, ladders, aerial lifts, power tools, saws, and directed cranes for truss installations, were exposed to workplace hazards related, but not limited to, electrical shock, lacerations, falls, and struck-by, in that the worksite was not frequently inspected.
