29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: (a) Tufting Production Area: On or about 04/29/2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and caught-in hazards, in that the employer did not adequately provide and/ or document either authorized or affected employee training before employees performed servicing or maintenance on production equipment including, but not limited to, Tufting Machine # 06 (Tuftco Corp. Model No. 102040614-L, S/N 768022438-B).
