29 CFR 1915.158(b)(3):The employer did not provide at least one 30-inch (0.76 m) U. S. Coast Guard approved ring life buoy with a line attached shall be located on each staging alongside of a floating vessel on which work is being performed. On or about 08/04/2021, on a dock located near the Mississippi River, employees lift equipment and transport to a crane barge without having an approved ring life buoy located on each staging area alongside a floating vessel.
