Pond near Hole No. 7 at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, located at 200 Ponte Vedra Boulevard in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida: On or about December 3, 2021, the employees performing dive operations were not trained in CPR or first-aid, exposing employees to a drowning hazard.
