29 CFR 1910.177(g)(6):Tires on single piece rim wheels were not contained within a restraining device, positioned behind a barrier or bolted on the vehicle with the lug nuts fully tightened during tire inflation: (a) On or about December 18, 2021 at or near 8953 63rd Street NW in Ross, North Dakota, for the employees exposed to struck by hazards while attempting to inflate a semi trailer tire where restraining devices or barriers were not provided.
