29 CFR 1910.141(a)(4)(ii): Wastes were not collected and removed as often as necessary to maintain the place of employment in a sanitary condition: a) 147 Quigley Blvd New Castle, DE - On or about February 1, 2022, CSHO observed housekeeping conditions that were inadequate within the men's and women's facilities [e.g. Locker Rooms-N170 and N171 respectively ] where fecal matter and urine were not regularly cleaned but were provided for employee use.
