29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets. a) On or about April 20, 2022, at the previously addressed inspection site, employees framing, installing and bracing wood walls of a residential building did not use protective helmets to protect against struck by hazards, or protection from head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
