29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) The employer fails to ensure effective measures to prevent fire and entrapment hazards as demonstrated on or about October 31, 2022, in the back storage room, the exit route was obstructed by merchandise, roll-tainers, and U-boats, impeding the means of egress for employees. To abate this hazard, the employer must ensure that all exit routes are kept clear. Dolgencorp, LLC dba Dollar General was previously cited for a repeat violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection #1507692, Citation #1, Item #1, and was affirmed as final order on June 10, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 312 S.
