29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Mixing Area: On or about February 16, 2023, employees were exposed to chemical hazards in that the emergency eyewash/shower was blocked with pallets of material. Several drums of arsenic trioxide and arsenic acid drums, and corrosives, were stored in this area.
