29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide: On or about November 30, 2022, the employer allowed an employee to stand on a scaffold platform that was not at least 18 inches wide. This condition exposed an employee to a fall hazard in excess of 10-feet.
